Exercising daily is another thing you should do, because exercise doesn't just tone your muscles. I strongly encourage you to try drugs and overcome them all ... Drugs make you stronger, they almost do not leave you emotionally. And you think it's okay for a while, but usually after a while they want to stop taking the medicine because they want to feel bad. I think it's a healthier way to treat ADHD than medication.
